1. No lobbying of any elected or appointed official by any lobbying group or special interest groups.
2. Campaign funds may only come from individuals.
3. Elected or appointed officials cannot accept any type of travel or junkets or vacations or any speaking fees from lobbyist, special interest groups, and pacts.
4. There will be no book or movie deals for any elected or appointed officials in office that they receive any type of compensation for.
5. No immediate family member of an elected or appointed official may work for a special interest group or lobbing firm.
6. Every elected or appointed official will be subject to a re-call vote.
7. Term limits should be enforced for all elected or appointed officials.
8. Judges will be selected by a lottery.
9. The people will be given the right to submit legislative bills.
10. The people will be given national ballot access.
Now that the Supreme Court has ruled that lobbyists, special interest groups, and pacts have the right to petition its elected or appointed representatives the first two reforms have been altered to reflect this ruling:
1. Lobbyists, special interest groups, and pacts may petition elected or appointed officials.
2. Lobbyists, special interest groups, and pacts may only donate the same amount of money that a private citizen can to a campaign fund or political party.
If elected Roger K. Davis will work hard for the People by
taking the for sale signs down from the doors of our elected and appointed officials, advocating term limits, promoting the right to recall any elected or appointed official, giving them the right to submit and introduce legislative bills, and working to give the People national ballot access.
